One team for your move, clearance and renovation in Munich

mmoving.de brings together three services for Munich and the surrounding area: moving (SuperUmzug), clearance and house clearances (Entrümpelung München), and renovation and refurbishment (BayReno). You can book each service on its own or all three as a full service with a single point of contact.

Munich and roughly 50 km around it — including Dachau, Freising, Erding, Ebersberg, Starnberg, Fürstenfeldbruck, Germering, Unterschleißheim, Garching and Holzkirchen, plus the entire Munich district. Long-distance moves are handled Germany-wide.

It depends on volume, area and scope. According to the guide tables of typical market rates published on mmoving.de (gross), a move runs €450–4,500 depending on size, €700–1,400 for 2 rooms, and clearing a 2-room flat €1,800–3,500. As a combined job you typically save 20 to 35 %. Your binding price follows a short survey.

€290 as a flat fee, gross including 19 % VAT. It covers a joint walkthrough of the property, a systematic condition assessment of every room, a realistic cost estimate for your target condition and a difficulty rating per item. It is bookable independently of any package.

Statutory carrier liability applies under § 451e of the German Commercial Code: €620 per cubic metre of loading space. We document the condition of valuable items before and after transport so any claim is reviewed quickly and fairly. If the statutory limit is not enough for your furnishings, we arrange additional transport insurance — and you set the insured value yourself.

Short-notice clearance dates are often available within a few days. For moves we recommend two to three weeks of lead time, or four to six weeks for month-end dates between June and September. The callback form lets you choose “as soon as possible”.

After the survey you receive a written fixed price, including travel, crew, materials and — for clearances — all disposal fees. For the surveyed scope nothing is added on the day; any extra scope is charged only after prior agreement.
